SKILL TESTS
In public sector recruitments carried out using the priority order system (points are awarded for: degree, postgraduate studies, foreign languages, previous work experience, etc.), the Skills Test plays an important role. It helps ASEP to understand the general picture of the candidate (General Education, Basic Knowledge of Economics, Environment, Social Issues, etc.).
Candidates will be able to use this score as a basis for their participation in public sector competitions using the points system, as the score from the test will give 25% of the total score.
The Skills Test:
- It is a test of knowledge and skills.
- It will apply to priority competitions.
- It includes 100 questions.
- It gives the candidate up to 300 points.
- It is not mandatory.
- It will be held once or twice a year.
- It has been applied in the past.
- There will be no exam material or exam courses.
- Those who do not participate essentially lose points compared to those who do participate.
